Interface is a bit confusing, but gps is reliable and uses little power if set up properly. It's easy to download many base maps. I use it for bushwhacking and recording trips.

UPDATE: "sending/sharing waypoint from Search" bug fixed! Thank you. If I may make suggestions: For "Trails Manager", I'm missing two functions, kindly consider them: 1) Search trails name function (important). 2) Organize by distance from beginning/end of trail to my current position (nice to have). For "Waypoint Manager", as I have hundreds of waypoints, also immensely useful would be a feature where one could list one's most "Favorite" waypoints for quick access to most used waypoints.

This app will not get a lock on my location. I've sitting at the top of a hill for 30 minutes. Followed the instructions in help. Downloaded GPS Reset, did the reset, still no lock on this app, but I can get a lock with GPS Reset app. What the hell? I'm using the ad free version too. I want to a refund.

I have used the app recently and am very disappointed to find that the tracking spontaneously stops. I surmise that the tracking stops if the app is not topmost open; it is not tracking in the background. I have to answer calls and texts or consult other apps while I am walking or biking. This makes the app essentially useless. Also, I have sent two emails [6-12, 6-17] to support and have not gotten any reply. So the app stopped working and no reply from support: 2 stars are generous.

Totally lame gps app. You can make waypoints, but you cannot connect waypoints to make a route. Making a route is basic gps/waypoint function. I want my money back.

Vector maps have not been updated in the last 2–3 years. If you don't download (and use) your raster maps - you may end up in the bushes... The app is only as good as the latest maps.

Draw Trail feature is worthless. You can't zoom to your present location when draw trail is active. It starts zoomed out, and you must manually fine your location. When you start drawing you can't move the screen to finish the trail. I didn't bother checking further. Also, when recording a trail, it dances around when you're standing still.
