Will the booking that is entered into the apps be auto accepted or not too far away? It would be okay if it is only 1 kilometer, not 3 to 4 kilometers. You know that the price of gasoline is very high these days, so the apps will be posted if we do not accept the passenger's booking request. I hope that if it is 2 kilometers or more, you will not pass it on to distant riders.

Being busy on deterrence enhancement but till today only 1 metric is shown to driver where other important metrics is not shown anymore. Those are indeed taken into account by the company and will be used to measure driver's performance. Please show other metrics too

As a walker, I got dispatched to deliver food more than 3 km away. I have never taken bus or PMD or ride any bicycle, so I have no idea why I have to walk so far just to earn $0.10 to $0.30 more.

The government gives us 200 liters. We have to use this for both Grab and personal use. How is 200 liters enough for us? This is only enough for 1500 kilometers. So sometimes if we drive 1500 kilometers, our personal fuel gets used up too. So what about us? I only have a balance of 50 liters left. Should I have to drive for free for the remaining days until the end of the month?

Bad experience recently about the grab support team. Yesterday, I exited a junction to the right. At the same time, at the opposite junction, there have one car that wants to exit the junction too. We both give way to each other and exit the junction. Somehow the motorcycle rider drives recklessly following behind the car closely, hidden behind the car and hit my car. I explained to the grab support team when I gotta call from grab. But today grab support team sent me a warning letter. Very bad
