A very good app. But I hope it has a hotline where we can report ongoing fire of a merchant, so that it will be helpful to the customer and rider to cancel orders that affected the incident. Because it affects riders delivery.

Such a very terrible e-hailing apps especially in Malaysia. The fare is too low and not worth it for drivers. Grab deducted my daily insurance even I'm not online on that day. Really terrible.

Grab keeps lowering fares and manipulating job distribution to keep drivers online longer. We spend hours waiting just to get RM5 jobs while fuel and maintenance costs rise. The system clearly favors passengers and profit, not drivers’ welfare. The passenger gets the ride they want at the price the platform determines. The driver absorbs the uncertainty of traffic, time and operating costs.

App used to have features to help drivers return to where their home base is, but they removed these features and just throws. Drivers around from airport to outside their home areas ie KL to go Mambau, Koala Lang at, or even worse, couldn't see drop off location in the 5 seconds they give you to accept or 'skip', then after 4 skips you're just dumped out of the queue, leaving drivers having to go on to the nearest town or city which is 20 km away, wasting petrol and drivers' time waiting after duti
