Too often having problems with commission fees and marketing fees, and the system is erroneous. I'm on a booster promo package (big discount) and also on a special large order promo. If a customer uses the special large order promo, the discount amount is deducted from the sales, followed by a 20% Grab commission cut. Suddenly, it's now 38%, which should only apply if the customer uses a big discount/booster promo voucher. So, I've been deducted twice. In February, I encountered a marketing fees

Today, I got onboarded for their payment solutions tap to phone and qrph. Quick onboarding but confusing mobile app! The cashier > payment is empty. No tap payment and scan payment. Maybe not yet activated? I wish they just list them and add "for activation" than empty! The PH mdr for card tap is 2.5% and for qr scan is 1.5%, while outside PH the mdr are 1.88% and 0.8% respectively! Why cheaper mdr outside PH? I wish mdr of qr scan can be fixed fee like P5 or P10 per scan!

After editing each item's stock, a text bubble will always pop up right on the search bubble. When it needed for fast work, it is very annoying. If only the text bubble appear somewhere other than on top of the search bubble. The new look of the order preparation page is more confusing than before, potentially be misleading to wrong order.

Our inquiry for opening a new branch unanswered after submitting the forms twice. 18/05/26, we called Merchant Support to verify documents for our new branch in Johor. Instead of help, Agent Raj insulted us repeatedly, calling us “nobody” and mocking that we have too few branches for special attention or an account manager. His Manager Vicky never followed up. The way live support works is just to send forms to submit no follow up. Is the upper management of this company still alive?

Accepting order are the dumbest to feature... Instead of gaining I lose several orders due to needing to accept order manually... if this continues better turn off grab n stop entirely since they also auto pause store after failed to accept order
