Grab merchant makes our business boom. Ads and services cost a bit high. Customer receive good price but merchant get less profit but better than nothing. Really helpful for restaurant etc. highly recommend

Why restaurant can't give stars for drivers maybe after that they will stop asking money for our customers and come on time or they don't come to pick the order, or they come and make you hurry if they need to wait 5 minute they just go and leave order until other driver will come to pick it It's really horrible organized make option where customer can choose driver with 5 stars maybe after that will start work normal and stop begging money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RESTAURANT LOST STARS BECAUSE OF DRIVER!!!

Always either no rider or cancelled by Grab, and cancelled by rider. Always the same reason, rider was system select or scam order. I was promised to get a cancellation refund, but I only got 1 (one) refund so far out of, so many cancelled orders after we have prepared and ready everything in time. So frustrating.

After editing each item's stock, a text bubble will always pop up right on the search bubble. When it needed for fast work, it is very annoying. If only the text bubble appear somewhere other than on top of the search bubble. The new look of the order preparation page is more confusing than before, potentially be misleading to wrong order.
