Eat here at least once a week. The big thing is I have had orders that have been incorrect several times, like peanut butter or nutella missing or coconut on top instead of peanuts. It's usually not horrible problems, but I have a severe allergy to coconut, so it could have put me in the er. When I have complained by sending them a message, nobody calls you or responds. To be honest, if it wasn't so good, I would stop coming. There is no accountability, though.

They said the old app was glitchy. This one is worse. I signed in to the new app, placed an order or two over the past few months. I went to place another order today, and I'm logged out. I tried to log in with no success. I tried to reset my password, but the "blue circle of death" just keeps spinning. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm frustrated, and I'm just going to order something else now.

Can't use points, even when you push the button to order with points. After selecting to use 20,000 pts to pay for my order, and adding it to my cart, at checkout the only option is to pay with credit card or gift card (????).
