The only thing missing is an inventory module that corrects inventory levels when you go from recipe to brew like other brewing apps.

1/9/19 Really like the new app and web interface. Well laid out and intuitive. Several brews in and not a single problem. Update 1/2/22 Now 114 brews in and still unquestionably 5 stars. It can have its rare quirks, but in total it's solid, particularly considering it seamlessly works with the desktop browser GF site interoperability. I've looked at Brew father and really don't feel the need to create recipes in that app when the GF gives me all the flexibility and functionality I need.

I'm ok with the UI etc. but there's an awful bug that leaves the Bluetooth service running that will drain my phone battery in hours. This is days after a brew, where the app is closed. I have to constantly force stop.

Like the app, but it's using 10% of my daily battery running in the background even though I haven't recently used the app! Please fix.

Seems there's no way to control the grain father without creating a recipe first. I already use other, better software to create my recipes and log my session. All I should need to enter is mash steps, to get started. Yes I can do that manually on the controller on brew day, but it would save time, and allow some control of the grain father through my phone, if I didn't need to duplicate my recipe in this app. If you don't wish to do that, how about providing an API for 3rd party apps?

Lost track of my fermentor when it updated. Last time I was able to set it up again. This time no device found. The brewing section makes lots of assumptions about your brewing process. Can't do a Papazian style mini mash for example. Or a Norwegian farmhouse ale or a Lithuanian baked beer. Would be better if much simpler. The ingredients/style calculator is good. So one extra star for that.
