I love the Graphic Audio experience! The voice actors are great, not always perfect, but 95% of the time they are simply great. After listening to graphic audio books, normal audiobooks are too boring to sit through.especially if the narrator sucks. Voice acting is great, sound effects are usually great, but I have noticed that occasionally the sound effects can drown out the actors. I've gotten past that by turning my bass down, then it's good again. CUSTOMER SERVICE is unparalleled! 100%!

I absolutely love all the graphic audio novels. This is the only way I will listen to a book. The full cast and full theater performance audio is sensational. It really immerses you into the story. Exceptional work guys.

The app will restart the book every time you pause it and every time you connect it to android auto. It is infuriating to have the book restart over and over. It is also obnoxious that I have downloaded the book, and it still has to load every time I start it up. It should just be able to start since it is downloaded. Also, I have so many issues downloading books. They will download to 100% or get stuck at some percentage, and then I will have to cancel the download. Love the books, hate the app.

I stopped using it and just downloaded the book audio files from the website because every time I closed the app, the app would lose my spot in the book and start over from the beginning and I would have to find it again.
