The app stopped working, and I can't access my building or apartment door by using it anymore. It keeps saying there is a bug present, and it needs to be updated by the developer.

This app is incredibly cumbersome and annoying. It always needs to be connected to the network but hey, sometimes there's no service. Like in the underground parking lot. I get some odd looks as I roam aimlessly around the lot, holding my phone up to see if maybe it will connect, and I can get into my building. Now since the last update the app won't even open!! I can't even open the garage door and find myself trying to find a vacant visitors parking spot. Zero stars.

Omg. I just leave my door unlocked. No door open door closed nonstop. App is hit-and-miss. It was so bad, we had trouble getting basic mail or deliveries. As the system crashes all the time, I agree with the 5-star rating that their fake on here or a person that hasn't used Grata for more than a week! I called customer support, and they gave me the master code and link to where it at online, so pretty much anyone can get into your house with it!!! I just took the battery out, lol

Won't even connect to my suite door. Opens the front door and the garage door but not the apartment door. Update March 11, 2024: the bloody app won't even open now. Get a message saying it has a bug wait for the developer to fix it.

Grata took the liberty of pairing my phone with their intercom without my knowledge. No permission or instruction! I've had the drunk downstairs call me 11 times in 5 days to let him in. I've blocked the number, but the guy is still able to leave voicemail ! Thanks, Grata, for the grief ! Give me your phone number, so I can call you at home after the bar closes to report another drunk who called me using your stupid system. No need to respond. I know...'we are constantly blah blah blah.

Nonstop issues, 612- Seventh newest. Lock out door. Garage, no mail, or delivery's 🤔 as main screen control crashing. No wi/ fi to support the app? Had mail, returned many times, as to not being able to get into or intercom working. Costing my $$$$. When sending, work request, 🙄. Can you only add / upload one 📸? Then, after filling out the form, you go to click submit/ send. & nothing. Won't let you send? Grata reps always here, ip address issue, log inn, crashing app.
