Unfortunately Great Horton and Royal Taxis are no longer reliable. Prebooking a taxi doesn't guarantee you will get one, at least not at the time you book, they are frequently late and the customer service when your call is fairly poor and argumentative. Been using this firm for years and years, but the last 12 months has been appalling. Drivers have also confirmed that using the app to pay is more expensive and advise using cash instead.
