This app is functionally worthless. Half the time it doesn't work, the other half it's so buggy and clunky that you might as well not even be trying. It's embarrassing that a fairly major regional bank still has such a terrible quality banking app experience in 2023. We're in the digital era now; evolve out of the Stone Age. Mobile banking is a necessity these days and this is total garbage, over a year without an update. I need to just switch banks and be done with it.

Horrible app! It doesn't work most of the time. I never get notification when a transaction has been done even though I have everything set to notify me. I love the bank itself, just not this horrible app. Please fix it. We need a functional app.
