Can't understand the voice selection. The voices I have sampled have a horrific accent.

Horrible experience. Potentiall wasted. This is a great app. Please fix it. I want to use it. The PDF is not acceptable by the app. The copy and paste text is not being read. Please help I need this fixed

When uploading a file or pasting in large text there is no sound. I tried everything I could think of to play sound to no avail. If you paste in one or two lines, you will hear it read text aloud. The previous version of this was wonderful. It was easy to use and had a lot of great features for free.
