I find the filters on this app give me the ability to select many more variables than other apps, such as square footage of interior, and exterior.

This is a great app, with good listings and plenty of detailed information provided about each of the properties. I only have 1 question, what does it mean when a property I have saved in my Favorites folder is showing as "Expired"? Does this mean it has been sold or that it's been in my Favorites folder for too long? I'd really like to know as there are afew showing as Expired and I would like to remove them if they are no longer available

Green-Acres app is a pain to view properties. Constantly asked to provide my details again and again, and when I try to view a property from a link sent to me, opens as a blank page.

This app seems to be very poorly implemented. I did a search and the app finds 900 listings but says unseen are 90. Brand new install and new account. How can 810 listing have been seen? Can't find anywhere to mark a listing as unseen. Constantly get server error or no connection. Very hard to use. The web page version is 100% better.
