Very unsatisfied....I booked ticket and driver did not wait at boarding point for a minute and went away without picking me infact I was barely 20-30 feets away from boarding point as I was standing in shade due to hot sunny day.I missed the bus, and they are not giving refund

Very bad service they provide as compare to other volvo services ... They have taken the money and didn't give the seat, and I said that I'm daily passenger give the seat ....after a long conversation they provided me the conductor seat and there what happen... I have to stand every time whenever the passenger come inside or go outside....nd I felt very bad ... I didn't expect like this....
