I have been coming to this Green line bus for the past 6 years, it's very comfortable, The main Good thing is On time pick-up and drop. The driver Ramaraj is a really good person, who kindly wait and get all the passengers, and he drops clean place for washroom. Really amazing service.

Worst management in tirumala they trouble like anything. 😡 They won't give u 5 mins to take bath after head shave. Forgot abt darshan in package there's no separate tickets to dharshana😡. U have to go in dhama darshan line only. It's takes around more than 12hrs in waiting room. In bus, they gave 2 half liter water bottles and 1n breakfast at 2am in mrg. They package not include anything please devotees come in own vehicle and kstdc package bus it's too good. Sarva darshan is better

Worst service! You guys do not care about passengers, especially your bus conductors. The bedsheets and pillows on the bus were very dirty. You left me in Tirupati, and I had to collect my luggage from your Bangalore office. I would not recommend anyone to use the Tirupati package. They are fooling people. There is no special darshan. If you go for darshan, they will leave you behind.
