I am highly disappointed, I have been trying for a week to get my refund for a ticket that I purchased insurance for. Your app wasn't working and I followed your instructions and emailed you instead. Yesterday an agent got in touch with me and asked for any and details, which I provided, and then they never got back to me. I NEED THAT REFUND BACK ASAP

Bus bud provides false information!!! It stated that the bus we were taking has a toilet, when it didn't. It also gave the wrong location of the bus stop and the only reason we got there was because we asked locals where to go!!!

Deceitful sales policy! Refunds are only issued in credit to your account. You don't get your money back. Even if you make a mistake and purchase an accidentally forget about your credit. They even charge you $4 for false safety. I wouldn't subscribe to this if I were you.
