Always reliable. They saved the day for me when one of their business lines forgot me in the buffalo station (I did not know it was a different bus and a different lane the buffalo to Toronto part would be)

The booking system is completely impractical. It doesn't allow same-day train bookings, and it blocks bus reservations if they are too close to the departure time. Being forced to use the company's website for every little thing is just ridiculous.

Very deceitful and crooked! All lower price tickets are either no longer available, operators having issues, or price jacked up right at that moment, some type of error etc. But the higher dollar always tickets available, and you ready for cash out. I see a pattern that's a red flag, and I'm not doing business with such. I should have read the reviews before wasting my time.

1 star. I have used Bus bud multiple times and have made bookings both before and after this incident. My issue is not with the bus operator but with the customer support experience. When I needed assistance, I encountered platform issues and struggled to access the account and booking management features. Getting support was difficult, and most responses were automated. After finally reaching a human representative, I felt that my concerns were not properly addressed.

Changed bus time. Booked with Canada Bus. They moved the time to an earlier time. I was still at work and unable to take that bus. They have refused to refund me even tho I didn't agree to the time change. Canada bus was the most unhelpful and Bus bud is too because they just tell you to contact Canada bus. Bus bud doesn't even update the bus times on their app once changed. So I am out the ticket to Calgary and the return ticket because I couldn't get to Calgary. I will never use Canada Bus again.
