The application UI is user unfriendly. It is easy to set a wrong date when you change the date of the journey for the ticket with the open date. The date is not displayed when you finish the ticket replacement. As a result, passengers lose their money because the terms don't allow them to change the travel date again.

I have the recent version of the app 4.0.13. Their dev team is just trash. When I try to pay with Google Pay the app just gets error because Google Pay considers this app a website and displays "this page should be opened in the browser". So I wasn't able to pay using Google Pay. Also, the tickets bought for another person are not showing up in the Tickets menu. And they are just arguing that I have different version instead of fixing this. Hilarious...

Hey developers))) I want, for example, to buy a ticket not only to the destination, but also to return from there. So I can not go alone, but for example my wife and children. Why not add these features when buying a ticket? Your rating is 2.9, and now I understand why. You just released an unfinished hack, not a product.
