I like the service, however just small advice / request - the backseat headrests are most uncomfortable on your Kazakhstan fleet. So much so that I would suggest removing those headrests altogether.

First time using the app. No problem in booking. The ride came. The interior of the car was full of cigarette aroma. I looked at the back of the car, someone was hiding there, curling up her body wishing I had not seen it! I want to report it but the app's support center doesn't work.

Don't trust this app for Railway Station or Airport Drops. I scheduled a cab for 3:30 AM. The driver did not arrive, when I called, he said "I am sleeping, book another cab". Upon calling customer support, no help was received, and they cancelled the ride.
