There service is useless. I booked cab one day before. 15 min before trip, App were searching for driver and not able to find. There is no use of booking trip 1 or 2 or 10 days before. They will start searching for driver 15 min before trip only, it may lead to miss flight or scheduled meetings. Moreover, there is chat service activated where I can talk to them. Ultimately I took OLA which I got within 5 mins

The book in advance feature had no details of driver allocation even till the very last minute. I almost missed my flight twice for relying on this app for airport drop. Had to rely on Uber for last minute booking

Pathetic service. 1 rating, since lower rating is not possible. Ride scheduled almost 20+ days back foe airport drop and on the day of the drop, 5 min before the schedule, I am updated that there are no drivers available and the schedule is auto canceled. Please learn from other cab service providers and assign drivers at least an hour before the schedule.
