Pointless app. I have ordered food (meat and veg) from Greendale, for my parents many times, yet when I used the app tonight to order my dad fish and chips (as a treat while mum is in hospital, and he is struggling to cook) it won't allow to that address. It kept trying to put in a different postcode. It came up with a P at the end of the postcode instead of a B. When I edited it to the B, it said "You're too far, sorry we don't deliver to that address". But it would accept the P (weird). I tried again and again. I phoned the shop in the end and a lovely lady tried to help figure this out, to no avail. She thinks it's an error on the system. However, when I put the postcode with the P (the incorrect one) in to Google Maps, it comes up with the correct street and my parents house??? When I put the correct postcode in (with the B) it also comes up with the exact same location, my parents street, Yet it won't accept it. If I was to take a chance and try the P, it may not get there. I did go back and tried it with the P, and it then said (unlike before) that they don't deliver to that address - I am so confused. So disappointing, this needs to be corrected. But the lady was as helpful as she could be, and it isn't her fault. Greendale - can you please sort this?
