Green Go is an amazing service with amazing people working for it! It's very convenient, easy to use, cheap, and more environmentally friendly. They're not a big corporation just greenwashing. I've been using them for a long time, and I can't recommend them enough. The app works well 99% of the time, and when it doesn't, a call to they their friendly, helpful, and English-speaking customer services solves the issue in a matter of minutes. They deserve to have earned my patronage and loyalty!

I love Green Go! The main reason I share my experience here are the idiots in this feedback section. So many ppl are complaining about things has NOTHING to do with the actual app nor the Green Go service. I never had a bad experience. Tha app had some problems for sure but after the new release it works fine. Every time I call them they pick it up within minutes (or less). I don't understand why would anyone give love score because they couldn't find a charging cord at a NON-GREENGO station...

Unable To register my international license or even countries national license. I am an international student from pakistan a friend suggested using green go bcs they are affordable he's using the app with the same license as mine but when I register it says unable to verify and when I contacted support they shunned me and said you need 2-year-old license how am I supposed to get that This is idiotic I passed 3 tests to get myself a license, and now I got to wait 1 more year, so I can use your app

Terribly slow service. Furthermore, they didn't mention anywhere that, they need more days to activate your account. They also didn't mention that, you can pay ONLY with your own credit card, even if you don't necessarily have one. I was standing in front of the car, inside the cold weather and when I called the costumer service, they said you need to wait at least 2 hrs, which I did, but my account was still not active. My account got activated 2 days later.

Bad service. The app is charging 2500 huf without even touching a car. This is bad design. I want a refund and I will then remove my 1 star.
