For Sofia, the combination of Spark and Public transportation, makes owning a city car or a car, at all, obsolete! It's that good! Support is fast and helpful, so that's another big plus! I do have to admit, that Spark likes increasing the prices, and they may hurt themselves, but until the threshold of price / comfort / ease is crossed, Spark (Ride share) is a must-have!

I have been using SPARK for 6 years now and can see that overall the car park availability is improving, the zones are being expanded but the way people leave some cars is horrible... I hope it can also be improved somehow because the service itself is awesome and much needed.

Hands down the best car sharing option in Vilnius, price, ease of use, vibe everything. Oh and haven't had anny issues with the app. Customer service is perfect, just call them and they'll fix everything

The deleted my account after 180 days of inactivity. Lost all my points and had to re-register. Got money taken for registration this time. License card renewal is a pain. The cars GPS is full of flows, some cars are unable to start on a first try. It's unable to stop sessions from your or operator side... and after all the signals, car is fine no refund. Lost 1 hour dealing with the car and call center, at the end they couldn't lock their car so I had to lock it with key and take it with me.

Delusional requirements that are in contradiction with the ones from the local authorities. Spark believes that they are above the law, and can require you to change documents that are 100% valid

The App works fine. The service is utterly garbage. I spent an hour this am I walking around Plovdiv trying to find the car I had booked (repeatedly) on two streets & eventually had to give up. The car ports & cars are not on the streets per the app. Plovdiv - Aleki Konstantinos & Yank Saratov sts.
