That's the best app for renting a car I use it more thing in Sofia and there are so many options you can select there is a weekly plan which you can use the car whatever you want with the daily basis of 90 me notice driving which is enough to go to work and back to your home whatever you are in Sofia. You can also rent a car for the time you need it just 10 15 minutes, and then you can leave it and pay only for that time.

For Sofia, the combination of Spark and Public transportation, makes owning a city car or a car, at all, obsolete! It's that good! Support is fast and helpful, so that's another big plus! I do have to admit, that Spark likes increasing the prices, and they may hurt themselves, but until the threshold of price / comfort / ease is crossed, Spark (Ride share) is a must-have!

If I could, I leaved 0 stars. DON'T AND I MEAN DON'T INSTALL AND USE THIS SERVICE. They are scammers, and they will take as much money from you as possible. I was driving with spark when my car was in repairs. Apparently I stoped at no parking zone during this time. And a mail was apparently send to me about this. I am learning it just now after 6 months of not using their services. The first mail I got from spark was that my case is beeing transferred into E collect. 3 times original price. 0/5

The deleted my account after 180 days of inactivity. Lost all my points and had to re-register. Got money taken for registration this time. License card renewal is a pain. The cars GPS is full of flows, some cars are unable to start on a first try. It's unable to stop sessions from your or operator side... and after all the signals, car is fine no refund. Lost 1 hour dealing with the car and call center, at the end they couldn't lock their car so I had to lock it with key and take it with me.

It used to be a great service, now they have no coverage in Plovdiv and their charges for travel between Sofia and Plovdiv render the service useless and uncompetitive. Shame as this used to be a nice transportation alternative. Deleting the app due to the hidden high costa and fees. Very disappointing.
