Built for members of the GreenHills 100‑desk space, GreenHills replaces the front desk, the punch card, and the cash register with a single tap.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Wallet & Units — Top up a secure in‑app wallet and pay for everything in GreenHills "Units," our internal credit. No cash, no cards at the counter, with a clear transaction history.

• Scan‑to‑pay & check‑in — Use the built‑in QR scanner to pay, check into a booking, or unlock a service in seconds. Show your personal QR at reception for instant top‑ups.

• Book desks, rooms & devices — Browse availability for hot desks, private rooms, and shared devices, then book by the hour with dynamic pricing. Manage upcoming and past bookings at a glance.

• Food & beverage — Order coffee, snacks, and meals from the in‑app menu and have them fulfilled by staff. Track your order from received to ready.

• Vending — Buy from on‑site vending machines straight from your wallet.

• Levels & achievements — Earn achievements and level up as you use the space.

• Community — Share updates and connect with other members.

GreenHills includes a dedicated, role‑based staff portal:
• Fulfill and update F&B orders in real time
• Pick up and complete tasks
• Clock in and out with attendance tracking
• Process reception top‑ups for members

PAYMENTS NOTE

All in‑app payments use GreenHills "Units," an internal credit balance used only within the GreenHills space. Units are not a general‑purpose currency and are not redeemable for cash.

• Tap the call button on Home and talk to her in Arabic or English — she answers in the language you speak.
• She now sees the space live: which rooms are free and until when, what each one seats, and what it costs by the hour or the day.
• Short on balance? Every screen that needs a top-up says how much is missing and takes you straight there.
• A new look for Home, the bottom bar and sign-in, plus a quick guided tour.
• Food delivery location is one field now.
