I can't log in to the app or website no matter how many times I reset the password. Worse yet, the app does not allow me to place an order as a Guest. It's very frustrating to deal with, and I end up ordering lunch from another place.

I keep trying to log in even after resetting password. Doesn't recognize me. It's the exact same email and password as I use to log into account on the website.

Now app doesn't work. Never connects to Order online tab and just spins endlessly. Cant access my loyalty points rewards either. All of this occurred after I updated and changed my password as prompted. Another fully functional app ruined like Codicology and Stitcher. Just sad.
