Pardon me as I have to edit my already scathing and negative comments regarding your new venture in West Orange, NJ. Your app sucks so bad I can't even get over how you people don't have a readily available HR department for customers to use. There is a reason you don't offer Custer support, because it would be too arduous to slog through soany negative experiences related to your business. I can't give 1 star because those are ignored. Enjoy the boost just to stick it in your craw.

Not a very good app. Needs lots of work. Won't connect to local store. Can't easily view rewards or use them. Can't even order. So, I am not sure what kind if app it is really supposed to be. The inky thing I can do is scan my code at the store or use my phone number to get rewards. So, I could do all that without the app.

Great food but the app has some issues. Won't let you use loyalty points, and selecting a pickup time at the start of the order is senseless, most times it will tell you it's too soon after you make your selection, so you have gone back and start all over.
