It's a cheap way to travel if you get your tickets two weeks prior to travel

Good way to interact and stay on time with trip info and bus times the last two trips did have an issue updating bus location in real time. Besides that its convenient and easy to use would like to see entertainment options and bus stop and station info with a few local places to eat or names of nearby restaurants not to far from bus stops all in one app at this time it's the basic scheduling ticket purchase and minimal bus inf it all dose what it should.

Used greyhound to purchase a bus ticket to another city for an event. They sold me a ticket on another carrier, who has godawful service and no way to contact them. My bus was cancelled an hour before I was supposed to leave, with no warning. I got to the station and was stranded, with no way to get to my destination and zero assistance from them. I can't even get a refund (only a voucher) and they will charge a $20 cancelation fee FOR THE TRIP THEY CANCELLED. Terrible service.

My bus BROKE DOWN. Then they made me buy a new ticket at FULL price and refused to refund my old ticket. They knew I was stranded and used that to get even more money out of me - after one of their buses malfunctioned. A sick, sick company.
