I enjoy my bus ride to Dallas get there fast and safe. Nice bus driver do much, enjoy the music is nice and soft no cussing in the music. She also prayed before we move to highway. I love her for that. She told us all the rules. That is a A1 ride. Need more like her.

Flix bus doesn't have AC and with this weather that is hot and humid not fair because I am paying my ticket. Ask driver and he doesn't know anything. Unfair travel

Very disappointed that my trip is not going as I planned. I requested a trip from Colorado Springs to San Marcos, but instead of going directly to San Marcos, I'm being forced to go to San Antonio, then WAIT 6 hours for another bus to finally get me to San Marcos, when the bus from Dallas passes right through San Marcos!!

Greyhound buses are always breaking down and leaving passenger stranded for 3 hours before a connecting bus came and got me on my last trip I got a $20 food coupon which I was told that I had to spend money to redeem the coupon I should not have to do that they should have sent me a QR code to scan for that Greyhound needs to come up with a QR code like the bus tickets so that you can scan QR codes from your phone to get your food without paying any additional cost

Needed to pay CASH, call cust serv 6x they insisted it was available on the web. I actually drove to bus station, they only serviced local not greyhound(as a veteran im entitled to 10%discount. The app doesn't provide this option either without charging full reg. Price then adding full reg less discount (doubling the fare) their cust service English is (#$¿@?) they insisted on explaining the routes and transfers but didn't help with WHERE IS THE CASH & "we salute" discount options???? Very poor
