Booking the trip is easy. You can reserve a seat if you wish. Just kick back and not have to worry about high gas prices or sitting in traffic. Go Greyhound

I bought tickets using the app and my AI assistant. It works great, although when you're buying the tickets it times out fairly fast. So if you're using a credit card, I suggest you hit Google Pay and go that route. There was lots of evidence in your email and the app to use as evidence of buying a ticket. I hadn't bought a bus ticket in a while. They're right up to speed with the QR code for boarding and everything. I'm anxious to see how this trip goes and using the trip tracking software.

I enjoy my bus ride to Dallas get there fast and safe. Nice bus driver do much, enjoy the music is nice and soft no cussing in the music. She also prayed before we move to highway. I love her for that. She told us all the rules. That is a A1 ride. Need more like her.

Don't bother to pay for a reserved seat. Greyhound drivers do not enforce seat reservation. Anyone can take your paid-for reserved seat.

Would never use Greyhound again. They are scam artists I missed my bus due to the city bus being delayed, and I tried canceling it on the app and the app will not let me cancel it an hour and a half calling Greyhound but the automated system kept hanging up on me, so I kept calling the nearest friendly able to get a live agent on the phone but by that point it was a waste of time

Needed to pay CASH, call cust serv 6x they insisted it was available on the web. I actually drove to bus station, they only serviced local not greyhound(as a veteran im entitled to 10%discount. The app doesn't provide this option either without charging full reg. Price then adding full reg less discount (doubling the fare) their cust service English is (#$¿@?) they insisted on explaining the routes and transfers but didn't help with WHERE IS THE CASH & "we salute" discount options???? Very poor
