The best pizza in Sparks hands down. Weather you dine in and enjoy the great atmosphere and staff that are all rock stars. Grimaldi's is a very special traditional style Italian restaurant. Multiple rewards not applied to account. Contacted customer service w/ proof via email to no avail. App is also not very user-friendly. Grimaldi is great, app & rewards system is trash.

Ordered a pizza for pickup to be ready at 5:16 and then when I get to the store at 5:19 they said "I don't know why it says that, but your pizza isn't even in the oven and won't be ready until 6 o'clock" and now that I look around the app there's no way to cancel my order and get my money back I'd give this app a zero ⭐ if that was allowed

The app doesn't make it clear if the tip option is for the delivery driver or not. Don't think it is, so no option to add tip for the driver? Not good.
