Authentication with Google does not work. Redirects fail after 2FA. Can not use the app.

Web page turned into bad app. Slow, missing features (when compared to the webpage), A LOT of information inconsistency. Stay away if you can. If your child's school adopts it, I recommend considering changing schools.
