If you're in Kitchener, Waterloo or Cambridge, Ontario and using transit... This is the must have app to use. Google maps doesn't get up on detours, changes to routes like this app does. The app developers office is actually located within waterloo ontario... so they are able to update and access information about GRT quicker. Ps... I've tested all transit apps for these city's and this is the best for them.

Excellent App!!! Review on June 24, 2018. All UI features work. However, it
cannot determine the location in trip planner (geolocation bug?). Trip
Planner with the option to email the route. This is my favorite feature.
ETA is very accurate. Detours are updated. Money well spent on the GRT

This app used to be great, but has recently stopped giving real time updates on bus locations and arrival times. It's just a glorified countdown clock now.

Horribly slow on both mobile data and wifi. Everything takes an eternity to
load and the app will hang or crash frequently. It's amazing that GRT
released this garbage and never improved it. Use Transit by Transit App,
Inc instead. Loads quickly and shows real-time location. And doesn't crash.

Who's the code monkey that made this app even worse? Can't even click on map bus stops...

Sometimes the app works. Most of the time it doesn't. You can't actually trust the app. It will tell you that a bus is coming in 2 minutes. You watch the tine count down to 0 and no bus comes. Now the app tells you the next bus is 20 minutes away. So you start to walk away defeated and as you're a few minutes into your walk the bus that was suppose to come rushes by. It's so frustrating. At least be honest with your consumers.

The app can tell you the next two buses arriving at a particular stop if you enter the bus stop number but google maps is more accurate. The UI isn't responsive and the keyboard ends up covering the text fields.
