Should consider adding a Visible button to refresh tickets. Didn't know you had to swipe it down to refresh the QR code. Otherwise, it's pretty clutch for when you don't feel like going to the station.

Awesome great app little difficult in the beginning getting the hang of things but hands down this is an awesome app I use it every day to go to and from work. Plus everything is in real time so that is also a plus.

Lately the app or hardware on the bus has been malfunctioning. It will scan my single ride pass and say no charges left. Today this happened and a bus driver wouldn't let me ride unless I had an all day pass as well. If your app or equipment doesn't work right that's your problem because I paid, and I SHOULD get a free ride as a courtesy. I had to pay the extra money on the spot to ride home from work. She was so paranoid about me ripping her off but didn't mind ripping me off at all.

This app is terrible! The transfer never works properly when you scan it. BARTA developers, please look up the bus company GBT Bus out of Connecticut and see how their app works, and incorporate it into yours, because I never had an issue with it. Or, Google, please remove this app from your app store because I know I'm not the only one dealing with this problem.
