Update: Some wallet apps write out card numbers with dashes. This leads to the please wait screen that stays stuck, and you get no feedback about invalid input. When I removed the dashes, the payment was completed.

Today I bought a ticket for 10 rides, the money was taken from my bank account, but the app got stuck, and it doesn't show me the ticket I bought. I tried logging out and reinstalling the app, but nothing helped. Waiting for support's reply. Edit: Support replied promptly, and they fixed the issue.

GPS doesn't work. When you start an application with GPS active, you should receive your exact location on the map. That doesn't work. Then you can choose a destination etc. Another thing connected with the map is that she shows the relevant number of buses and minutes. Is that accurate? I'm not sure. Usually, it is not. Because the company always busses late, and there is not enough buses. The passengers usually squeeze inside like sardines.

The worst app to ever exist, I care when the bus is supposed to leave, so I know when to leave my house and catch it not when it arrives, bring the old schedule back this is absurd
