Fantastic experience so far with Grubby, their customer service is responsive and friendly (postponing delivery when asked even though I'd left it too late) and the recipes have been really lovely. I especially love the curated playlists with every recipe! The food is fresh, but I will say that you should always double/quadruple the amount of garlic it states to add, and they can be a lil stingy on the spice mix occasionally

Personally experienced discriminatory customer service where those with allergies and autoimmune disorders may be assigned essentially poisonous food. Next week became uneditable less than 24 hours after my most recent box, charging me for inedible food. Keri who works 'customer service' was nothing but rude and condescending. Policies appear to me personally to be designed to trick you into missing the cut-offs. Also, the shipping partner was inflexible and unhealthy dealings with the food.

Difficult to navigate. When I found where the recipes were to cook my meals, every time I tried to open the recipe the app Froze and put me back to the start
