At first, I was having a hard time to understand what is wrong with my application now I know it's because of my national ID that was taken during my teenage years. When I did the picture selfie I adjust the light and angle to recognize the similarities of my face. Ps. naisip ko lang na Gawain ang ID ko parang Malaya at binaba ko ng kunti ang camera. Good day, GSIS. I would like to follow up on the correction of my civil status in my GSIS Digital ID in GSIS Touch. My status is currently SINGLE, but my correct status is MARRIED. I already submitted my Marriage Certificate last month and personally followed up with my employer, DepEd Car car City Division, regarding the update. However, it has been almost three weeks, and there is still no change in my record. I kindly request your assistance in processing the correction as soon as possible.
