The My SSS App is currently not working on Android devices. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I also tested it on another Android phone, but the same issue appears: “Alert! We are sorry, please try again later.” It seems the issue only affects Android because the app works fine on iPhones. Other than that, the app is very good and user-friendly. It has everything I need. Please add a dark theme option in your next update. I hope this issue can be fixed soon.

Useful for checking contributions and basic info, but the app still lacks important features like adding or managing disbursement accounts through DAEM. Users are forced to use the website instead, which is often very slow and difficult to access. It becomes inconvenient especially when applying for loans or updating bank details. Hopefully future updates will include full DAEM functionality in the app and improve overall performance and stability.

I can't apply a loan. Always stuck in loading for a few minutes until I go back to log in screen. Why is it so hard to apply for a loan, and it is very easy for SSS to take my contribution?

Your DAEM portal is completely useless and outdated! Why doesn't your system recognize modern digital banks like GoTyme properly? It's 2026, but your verification feels like the 90s. A simple file upload becomes a massive headache because it constantly rejects documents over petty filename errors and formatting. Fix this garbage, stressful system immediately. Absolute waste of time for members.🤨
