I lways encounter problem every time i log in to my account all details and information are provided correctly. I doubled check my mobile number username and password but stiĺl the same. Even inform the nearest branch in my location but of no help always told me to go online it's been 4 years never able to log in on my account.

I'm trying to apply for the My SSS card, but I can't find the option anywhere (None in the MENU, or under SERVICES), and I even updated the app in my phone just now for it. I also logged in through my laptop, and there's no option to apply for the My SSS card there as well.

The app works perfectly not until I applied for my first salary loan. When I tick the apply button it just keeps on loading until it gets back to the home screen. I tried it 2 days from now, but it's still the same. I would love to give 5 stars if this will be fixed since we too badly needed that salary loan why we decided to apply.

YOUR SSS APP IS VERY SLOW, I CANNOT UPLOAD DOCS. I HAVE CLICKED THE CHECK BUTTON SEVERAL TIMES AND STILL NOTHING HAPPENS.
