Dashboard, I request to add Advance payable, Advance receivable. Currently, it's confusing if customers balance 20000 and I have Advance payments 30000 it shows, customers - 10000 same problem with suppliers. Any advance amount should be registered under advance.

It's a very good app that's easy to use. However, there's something which I think it's not correct. This is about percentage profit. Percentage profit, the formula is (profit)÷(cost of goods) not diving by selling price as you have done in your app. I hope you will correct that error.

Invoice font refuses to change, have to print my invoices in an unnecessary huge font which looks bad and wastes paper. Issue has nothing to do with my printer because saving as a PDF it also saves in that huge font. Support has asked me to do many changes and even uninstall and reinstall the app, after which nothing has worked, im so tired of this issue now

I have been a paying customer for a few years. They often remove many of the features I use regularly. This causes many problems in my business. If you appeal to them in this regard, they respond irresponsibly.

After issuing the bill and taking the followup from three months they have not credited the gst and no one from the sales neither support is answering please be aware while purchasing the lisence from bookeeper no direct gst upload for quarterly taxpayer as well even after selecting all the same settings on pc as well as phone print format of the invoice varies from pc and phone product is good but don't expect after sales service from bookeeper
