Very bad experience with this software, especially regarding payment and TDS/deduction handling. The payment section provides only limited options for TDS percentage, whereas in government transactions there can be multiple deductions such as TDS, GST-TDS, retention/security deductions, or even deduction of the full bill amount in certain adjustment cases. I repeatedly suggested that the software should allow users to enter all types of government deductions, including custom deduction amounts

⭐️ If negative stars were allowed, I’d give them! As an IT professional, this is one of the most unprofessional sales experiences I’ve seen. A sales guy offered the Enterprise plan for ₹9,500; I said I’d take it the next day—and suddenly it became ₹14,000 overnight! ₹5K price hike in one night is ridiculous. Customer support is equally pathetic. Sales staff lack basic professionalism and client etiquette. ₹14K for this experience? Absolutely NOT worth it. Disappointed beyond words. ⭐️ 1/5

Not a basic option like to share party statement with remaining bill item details... showing only amount... and can't make a direct bill without adding item which we don't want to stock or want as free stock item... disappointed...
