I purchased it for 10 years. After spending 1 year. It works like WhatsApp. You can use it in mobile app or on desktop web. Instant login. It works like we are working on Excel. Invoice update is easy. Just upload PDF they work it in 10 secs, then check and update. Invoicing easy. I use app for trading, panel Manufacturing. App is perfect for my job. If billhook give same facility / features for remaining 9 years. Then I also buy next time it. I never go on other app or tally.

Took the enterprise plan and honestly changing to this software is lot simpler for new staff we have only on thing I would recommend is if you could add the "free item" option which is in mobile app, in pos billing as well

When we describe problem they took two years and still no solution so many basic features are also not available * you cannot select specific date balance sheet * you cannot change name in payment inward or outward after entry * no separation of account heads
