Innovative technology that continues to be an easier method of documenting time entries for services provided to our disabled family members. It was absolutely awful experience for the past several months .....UNTILLED about a couple of weeks ago it finally stopped glitching and telling me my location was not on or some other error constantly. The only help was uninstalled and reinstall which did nothing. Two weeks ago it all stopped, and I've been having no issues. I hope it continues to improve!

Won't let me clock out. Says it needs my location on, which it is. Very upsetting. I called the customer service department and everything, still no luck. Please fix!!! (update).since update in February or March, I haven't been able to just sign in. I have to completely resigning every time with user, password, my pin at least 2 times if not more, when I have things to do other fight this app. I've tried doing all steps to get bugs out/still nothing. Yet they call saying im not clock in properly
