The new app is great, so much better than the last version which was unnecessarily complicated. I like the styling and ease of use, but the one thing I feel is lacking is progress bars from any of the clips. These aren't available in the videos on the alerts tab or the recordings tab so if you miss something on a 2-minute video & want to go back, or want to skip forward a quiet bit, there's no way of doing this. Will you be bringing this back? It was really useful.

Improved look and feel of the updated dashboard. Negative for features no longer there i.e. talk/siren and can no longer view battery status (charge). Update; Developer responded to advise that battery charge status is shown in the App. This was an oversight on my part...review score upgraded from 3 to 4. Looking forward to the implementation of the siren!

Have had 2 of these cameras for a couple of years for watching the hedgehogs, and I loved them. The new update is rubbish though. It looks good, but a major downside is that when viewing the alerts you can no longer pause the recording. I used to pause them and zoom in to help identify which hog it was, or to look for identifying marks etc. I’m no longer able to do this and this was a huge part of my use of the cameras. Really disappointed.

Trying to install on android and keep getting the same comment: Nature Spy will be installed on your device soon. Not impressed.

Clunky App and poor implementation of video recording. The unit has a micro SD card, supplied with it, but you can't access the recorded video. You have to save the video in a useless timeline that has a font so small you need an electron microscope to see the time on the timeline. Videos have to low a bit rate and are full of artifacts. It would be so simple to just save video to the onboard card and then be able to retrieve them, like most camera traps do. Really disappointed.

The Wildlife cameras are brilliant but this app is sadly so poorly designed. Searching for video clips is so clunky, and the fact that clicking on an alert doesn't actually take you to the clip is just madness to me. Fixing those would make it so much more useful!
