App needs to be updated to run on Android 12. Also, this is for anyone that is wondering how to turn on their cards, you can use the GTE mobile app, click on your account, click on cards, and you should be able to turn it off and on from there.

I have loved this app. Being notified immediately when a card has been used and how much was great. But lately I haven't been able to log into it. Says financial institution server can't be reached. And it no longer notifies me.

I've never been able to log into this app. It always says "authentication error" and I should reset my password if the error persists... but even doing that doesn't work. The same exact password works on the website every single time - WTH?! For reference, I have a Galaxy S21 Ultra. I have app access to other banks that I have credit cards with but not GTE. How is it this bank is so technologically behind the times?
