App needs to be updated to run on Android 12. Also, this is for anyone that is wondering how to turn on their cards, you can use the GTE mobile app, click on your account, click on cards, and you should be able to turn it off and on from there.

I have loved this app. Being notified immediately when a card has been used and how much was great. But lately I haven't been able to log into it. Says financial institution server can't be reached. And it no longer notifies me.

I liked the old get mobile app it's worked great and now with my new phone I can't even find it this is the only one, and it's NOT what I am looking for. Absolutely ridiculous that such a large institution doesn't have a regular mobile app where you can look at your accounts and conduct business within it, not just shut off your cards or control your spending. GTE has been going down hill for a few years and this just puts the coming on the cake for it. Not happy with this at all!!

When are you going to fix the android 12 crash at loading? It's been over a month! If my account gets compromised because I can't turn on and off my cards like before, I am sure to join the class action lawsuit against GTE
