Very, very bad service. Continue disconnected. If its negative reviews. Then I give them minus. Mene one month hua connection lia. Par one month me 7 din hi net chalk. 24 hours chalega phir 3-4 din badh rahega. Phir same hi. Very, very disappointed. Plz give me my refund

Very poor broadband service I am a new customer, I purchased 50MBPS, 12 months plan subscription, I rased too many tickets for broadband internet speed but GTPL customer care take it as granted, GTPL provide poor quality of Wi-Fi router and has poor signals, can't reach 30 foots, I am very much disappointed from GTPL,

Ek number ka fatiha support or service hi, *my experience is very bad*, Surat me inko 7-10 din me Akbar technical essui aa jata hai or use theek karne me 3 delin lag jate hi, Support Edam fatiha hai unko ye bhi nhi pata ki problem kya hai or kab taktheek hoga. Inka offline staff dhooth bolta hai ki 3-4hr ka issu aa sakta hai Lenin yaha 3 din se net nhi chal rhaaa Na hi app me login ho rha hi. Ab bed review Lear YouTube par bhi renk Carvana or twitter par bhi . .
