I've been having trouble logging in. I had to reset my password by contacting my local bank cause the number they gave me doesn't work. That was 2 days ago, and now I can't log in saying it's the wrong password. I tried both email and phone options to get a security code but haven't received from neither. I can't just reset my password every time this happens. Please fix this.

I first opened an account when it was Springfield First Community Bank, and it was a very good bank after they sold out to guaranty bank it has been nothing but problems charging 13.00 a month when there were no fees before charging $33 overdraft fee after you set it up to where the account cannot be overdrawn. This is the most worthless Bank I have ever had and will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend that you do the same.
