Set your APFT goals and track your progress Set your fitness goals – whether you’re hoping to max your next APFT or just looking for that 180 – and we’ll help you get there. Do a practice APFT using the built-in timers for push-ups, sit-ups, and the 2-mile run. Log your results to calculate your projected APFT score and identify areas you need to work on.
Customize your training plan Take the guess work out of PT. Check out the daily/weekly training plan generated for you, and easily edit your plan based on your schedule and training needs. Pick your level of intensity and get to it! We’ll show you proper form and tell you how long to do each exercise with a built-in timer.

Awesome app!! Probably the best fitness app I've used. The only thing yall should add is the ability to edit the timeline because I always mess up my data entry so that the chart drops to zero in a few places and I can't fix it.

Like it but needs some more features. I have seen it listed in previous reviews and agree it needs a sound or notice when workouts finish/timers run out, also highly recommend added a progress timeline for running/cardio test and upper body test. Great tool, could be even better though.

Every time I go check my email for the code it logs me out the app, so I log back in and it won't allow me back in, it says my password is wrong, I made the password! and it won't let me long back in? how frustrating, I tried about 4 times. App is not worth it, I really wanted to try it but I guess not.

Each time I close and then re-open the app with contact access denied, it wants me to login again. Requires contact access just to get past the login screen. Then it usually crashes if you remove contact access. Please fix this.
