Guardhouse is a workforce management platform specifically built for the security industry. The Guardhouse app is for security officers and managers at security companies that use the platform. Officers use the app in the field, operation teams work from the Guardhouse web platform while both are staying up to date in real time.

For Security Officers
- View upcoming shifts, sites and start times
- Clock in and out on site, with time and location recorded
- Check in at set points on site by scanning QR or NFC tags
- Run mobile patrols with site details, checkpoints and incident
callouts
- Report incidents as they happen, with details and photos
- Respond to welfare checks during your shift
- Submit timesheets, leave and unavailability
- Accept offered shifts
- Keep your security licence and compliance details up to date, with
reminders before they expire
- Complete onboarding, and read and sign site SOPs and company policies
- Stay in contact with the control room and your team during your shift
- Receive rosters, shift changes and shift offers as soon as they are
published

- Build, edit and publish schedules, and send shift offers

business are managed from the Guardhouse web platform.
