GudMem

Thirty new faces, and you are expected to know them by next week. GudMem gets you from "who is that again?" to greeting every one of them by name — in days, not months.

A class, a team, a club, a cohort, a whole conference: if the names matter, this is the shortest way in. Teachers use GudMem for a new class every August — so do trainers, managers, coaches, care staff, and anyone who walks into a room full of strangers.

YOUR GROUP, IN ABOUT A MINUTE
Import the list you already have: a PDF, a Word file, a CSV, photos, a web page — or just type the names in. GudMem finds the faces and names on the page, crops each portrait, and builds your group in seconds. A quick correction grid lets you fix any misread name with one tap. What used to be a 20-minute data-entry chore becomes a few taps.

SMART TRAINING, NOT FLASHCARD GRINDING
• Spaced repetition (FSRS) shows each face exactly when you are about to forget it.
• Confusion drills: GudMem notices which two people you keep mixing up and drills exactly that pair until they separate.
• Quiz modes that grow with you: tap the name, name → face, first letter, beat the letters, free recall, audio.
• Sessions fit into five spare minutes. All caught up? Keep practicing anyway — extra rounds never mess up your review schedule.

HEAR THE NAME RIGHT
Record how a name is actually pronounced — asking is a great icebreaker — and play it back while you study.

SEE YOURSELF GET FASTER
Streaks, per-face mastery, answer-time trends, your most-confused pair, and a forecast of what is due next.

PRIVACY IS THE ARCHITECTURE, NOT A SETTING
You are putting other people's faces on your phone, so GudMem is built so nothing can leak:
• No account, no analytics, no cloud. Nothing you import ever leaves your phone.
• All processing — face detection, text recognition, the learning engine — runs on-device.
• Photos and recordings live in storage excluded from cloud backups.
• Optional fingerprint/face unlock.
• Delete everything in one tap.
The app only touches the network when you ask it to: fetching a web page you choose to import, sending a message through the built-in feedback form, or opening the Help page.

FAIR PRICING
Your first 15 faces are free, with every feature included. One single purchase unlocks unlimited faces and groups — no subscription, ever. Teachers and trainers get 50% off.
