Guidesly is a great crew and app to work with, the app has given me more time to be on the water or with my family. I don't have to walk customers every step of the process before we get in the water. Plus the SEO is a huge bonus for an owner/ operator. Another great perk is the website calendar and POP.

Great company to work with. However, the mobile app needs work. It is very slow/responsive to clicks and swipes. It makes navigating the app in front of clients frustrating and embarrassing. When ending a trip after a long day on the water, and accepting payments, the last thing a client wants to see is the captain fumbling with an app that runs like it was created in 1980.

The company seems great to work with and customer service is good. However, the app has so many bugs and doesn't function properly at all. It also ants access/permission to everything on your phone which is annoying and unnecessary.
