Updates messed up the app. I have same issue as Nazeer mentioned. All beneficiaries gone and can't add new beneficiary due to missing bank branch

Profile (QID & Address) update verification by the customer service still under process for 2 months...proves that the service is very poor.

No customer support if transaction failed. I send too many emails and calls no reply. Bad service. Better exchange rate but take this app your own risk if transaction fails you lost money no support from the gulf exchange team
