Your habits don't leave your phone. No account, no sign-up, no ads, no feed.
TODAY IN ONE LIST
Tasks, subtasks, routines and habits in one place instead of four apps. Recurring habits roll over on their own on the selected schedule. A home screen widget shows today's list and lets you check them off without opening the app.
QUIT TRACKER
Set your quit date, backdate it if you already started, and the counter runs from there. Write your reasons once and re-read them every time you pledge. Build trigger plans: when this happens, I do this instead. Pledge for today, review it honestly tomorrow.
Do a breathing exercise for a few minutes and you get XP. A slip resets the streak to today. Your best streak stays on record as well as your lifetime clean days.
GOALS INTO STEPS
Break a goal into up to 40 steps and give each a deadline. Link a stat to the goal and finishing it pays both. Finish a goal before its deadline and you get a multiplier.
PROGRESS
One Discipline level with 20 ranks, Rookie through Apex, plus a level on every stat you make: Health, Focus, Sleep, whatever you're growing. Progress charts, completion rates, streaks and a habit tracker that makes consistency visible.
PLANNER
A routine planner with calendar blocks, all-day events and exact-time reminders. See a snapshot of your day directly on the action screen.
JOURNAL
A mood, the day's numbers filled in for you, and one open block to write in. Prompts when you have nothing to say, invisible when you do. Optional fingerprint lock.
IF YOUR ROUTINE KEEPS FALLING APART
Set the habit as one time a week rather than seven. Start with the smallest possible version of it. This is how you build momentum.
IF YOU ARE RUNNING FIVE APPS
Habit tracker, to-do list, routine planner, goal list, quit counter and journal, in one.
ALSO IN THERE
- Just Start timer: 1, 3 or 5 minutes to begin, or your own length up to two hours
- The quit tracker runs several quits at once, each with its own date, reasons, triggers and milestones
- Journal history with full-text search and mood and date filters
- Morning brief, night review, planner reminders, goal deadline and comeback nudges. All optional.
- Task XP multipliers up to 2x
- Habit and achieved goals archive
WHAT IT DOES NOT HAVE
No account. No email. No ads. No analytics. No social feed, no leaderboards, no follower count. Your tasks, habits, goals, journal and quit data sit on the device, and all of it works offline. The only things that leave the device are the mandatory Google Play and RevenueCat connectors.
THE PRICE, UP FRONT
Two weeks free, the whole app, and a reminder before it ends. Then 9.99 for a year. No free tier and no monthly plan, because monthly is how you rent a habit app and quietly stop using it. 9.99 is the founder price for a limited time only, subscribe now and you lock it in for as long as you stay subscribed.
FAQ
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything you do is stored on the device. Google Play checks the subscription, nothing else needs a connection.
Do I lose XP if I miss something?
Only if you turned penalties on in Settings. A planned task left undone costs the XP it was worth, optional tasks are exempt, and the total never drops below zero.
Can I fix a day I forgot to tick?
Yes. Past days are editable.
Can I get my data out?
A JSON backup you save wherever you want, plus an Excel export detailing your progress.
Can Habitly help me quit smoking or other bad habits?
Habitly can help you build the habits around quitting, but it isn't medical advice or a replacement for professional treatment. For medical guidance, especially when quitting an addictive substance, talk to a qualified healthcare professional.
