Worst experience with this company. Sending us invoice of subscription till today that I have canceled in Nov 23. Customer support team is worse. Although I have canceled my subscription for one number and change subscription of 129 sek instead of previous subscription still customer service start new subscription without informing by their selves. We have chat arr ends, and they have all record of chat on that day but still they wanna their incentive they did it by the self. 0 star

Absolutely hopeless, chat shuts early and NO case that is too hard for the person on chat ever gets anything done when "elevated" to a manager. Great if there are no technical issues, and it's simple, after that customer service is woefully poor and just plain non-existent. KISS principles - they need it

Service is great, but the app has serious readability issues. The current color scheme (light text on light backgrounds) has insufficient contrast and is hard to read, especially in daylight or for users with reduced vision. This appears to violate WCAG 2.1 contrast guidelines. Please improve text/background contrast or add a high-contrast mode.
