Works well, is reliable and user-friendly. The "snabbsaldo" feels slower with the new UI which is a bit disappointing, but it's only by a few seconds, so it's not breaking by any means.

The worst bank in Sweden, you need to be a Swedish citizen to get a Banked, I have never seen such discrimination. No english in the app or the website, they want no Swedish to be customers, now I have a good reason to tell my international friends not to be customers.

Fails during important transfers abroad, fails with card abroad. Contacted bank, could not see why or help. Suggested new card when the problem is obviously software or policy related. Don't use this bank or app

Useless app for immigrants. They don't have any other language option. Also, not able to chat or call customer care if you don't know Swedish. I took an account and my 2 weeks wasted because they never activate it or even respond

Spent 10 minutes using the unintuitive "Scan your bills" function for 3 bills only for the app to hang trying to open Bank ID, lost all the information when I had to exit out of the app to restart it. Wouldn't recommend.
