I would give this card 5 points if ye had an e-faktura option. I hate paying for a paper faktura

Good! I only use it for checking the current balance, which it does well. There is a problem with the numbers under contact us. When pressing it, it's supposed to dial the number, but it doesn't remove the first zero (+460771.) The number is therefore invalid and the function is atm unusable

This app and overall experience with re:member is bad enough that I actively warn people from signing up and stear them towards alternatives. - Unable to see card code during initial setup - Frequent errors resulting in signed out or crash loops - Error messages being cut off - Unable to sign in without clearing cache of app - Unable to increase credit due to error which only include a single word 'We're" - Unable to increase credit using other means as well. - Unable to contact support su, sa

Push notifications for transactions don't work even though the setting is enabled. It was the only reason why I chose re:member as a credit card provider. If it unfortunately doesn't work and cannot be fixed, I will definitely cancel the card Also, what's the point of that huge picture on the start page? I have to scroll down to see my card every time I open the app 🤦

The app is buggy (Can't see old statements and reward link is broken for example) and there is no support (phone does not count 2026)
