The app gets the job done, and integrates well with Banked. But (just like the website) fairly often I'm looking for something, and it ends up being hidden in some counterintuitive area. Just to give one example, several months ago I wanted to book a time for a Covid-19 vaccination. I was redirected from help section to help section about geting vaccinated, until I *finally* found the area that lets me actually book a time.

One of the most stupid, complicated app. & website via hard to navigate & thw moments you logged in you can't do a search! Swedish health care system consider them self "the best" & I don't know why they think like that!!

This app is not compatible with my new Huawei device. The app has old information, wich are blocking any try to download again. I could not even download The app on my computer, I only get i formation that it is alreFy downloaded, on ONE OF MY EARLIER MOBILE PHONES, AND THEREFORE IT IS NOT AWilebel again. Beware all of you Who buy new PHONES or computer. This app is forever lost to you.

What a joke of a "service". One week wait to just answer "Is it still a problem", then an other week they just close the ticket. Swedish health care at its best....

THIS APP IS 100% UNUSABLE BECAUSE YOU CANNOT LOG IN. Ever since at /least/ the April update, the Banked to login opens in split-screen rather than swapping over to the Banked app… Doing that doesn't hand over the authentication from one app to the other. I've been forced to do everything via the mobile browser for two months, even after attempting to send this information to support, so now my last resort is a 1★ review, hoping someone reads and fixes this critical bug.
