Not working, and no support assistance after 24+ hours. Upset after the high price point and promises, and ultimately let down. Will be reaching out to others and warning them not to use or consider. Update-the support team reached out with a fix, and although I do like the product so far, the app has a few breaks that need to be addressed.

I have been using Halliday glasses, and it's app now for about five weeks. I have seen the app go from a test product to now close to finished app. Appears to be working fine now with the new update.

The app is not working. It keeps saying when trying to log in, fetching data failed. These glasses are too expensive to not be able to use them.

Glasses are cool but the software is horrible. Super glitchy and beyond slow. I mean insanely unusable slow. I can't even find a use case these make sense for. The response time between asking a question and getting a response is so insanely bad you could never use these beyond a gimmick to show you friends as a toy. And to too it off Halliday won't take a return beyond 14 days, so you don't have much time to try them. I was out of town when they arrived after taking so long to be shipped.
