I like that HRT has tested this more personalized service. What I don't like is the very limited travel route in Va. Bch. You input where you want to go, you get a popup message, Out of zone. Also, another issue I have is when I begin to book my trip, there's an option where I can leave a message for the drivers (who say they never get it/see it). Whatever happened to the vouchers that was mentioned on the HRT website? They are purchased and added to your account.

My location is showing not in the service zone or not available, but I live in one of the busiest part of Chesapeake. Off of great bridge and Dominion blvd what is now a toll bridge.

Very DISSATISFIED DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THIS SERVICE SAYS Hampton Roads and. Virginia Beach, but when you go to pick anything in VA Beach it says, Out of Zone...called customer service and the lady says OH we don't service VB, I said the Bis Driver and Your site both say VB? She said well it must be Para transit. I say No It says ON DeMand....so regardless, this service is listed incorrectly for my area. And I think that is a disservice to those who need it!
